Watching majestic birds fly right above your head

In a demonstration lasting about 45 minutes, you get the chance to experience free-flying, majestic birds of prey in the up-current of the famous Landskron castle. After some breathtaking flights, the birds then return to the handler who is standing right in front of you, and which is when the behaviour and habits of these endangered species is explained in detail. Eagle shows take place two or three times a day during the summer months. Special demonstrations for groups are available with prior reservation. The primary aim of the eagle show is to let people have closer contact with birds of prey and owls and to share some important facts about them. Having the opportunity to watch the birds swoop past your head, soar sky high and then immediately begin a fierce dive for the bait attached to a moving cable system is a truly exhilarating experience.
